If you have received a certificate of completion for an on-demand, 2-hour training in the past, you are not eligible to receive another certificate for the same course title again, even if it has been a year or more since you last completed the training.

If your certificate does not appear in your profile, you have not met completion requirements. For completed on-demand courses, certificates will be available under your profile. If you can’t find it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile (top right).
  2. Select My Certificates under Miscellaneous.
  3. Click Download.

In this 2-hour class, participants will gain a better understanding of the definition of homelessness while becoming familiar with the often unseen but growing prevalence of homelessness in Alabama. Participants will also identify the causes of homelessness and its impact on a child’s physical and mental development.
