If you have received a certificate of completion for an on-demand, 2-hour training in the past, you are not eligible to receive another certificate for the same course title again, even if it has been a year or more since you last completed the training.

If your certificate does not appear in your profile, you have not met completion requirements. For completed on-demand courses, certificates will be available under your profile. If you can’t find it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile (top right).
  2. Select My Certificates under Miscellaneous.
  3. Click Download.

Engaging families as partners early in the educational journey allows parents and caregivers to establish strong home-school connections that support their children’s achievement long-term. In this 2-hour on-demand training, participants will learn how to build strong, positive relationships with parents, families, and communities in culturally and linguistically appropriate ways to support their children’s positive development.
