If you have received a certificate of completion for an on-demand, 2-hour training in the past, you are not eligible to receive another certificate for the same course title again, even if it has been a year or more since you last completed the training.

If your certificate does not appear in your profile, you have not met completion requirements. For completed on-demand courses, certificates will be available under your profile. If you can’t find it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile (top right).
  2. Select My Certificates under Miscellaneous.
  3. Click Download.
Steps to accessing certificates

It is never too early to read to young children! Reading aloud to a child early and often is the single most important activity for ensuring eventual academic success. In this free, on-demand course, participants will explore the ways in which reading aloud helps children develop language, listening, and social-emotional development skills while preparing them to become successful readers. This free, 2-hour training also includes research-based guidelines for choosing developmentally appropriate books as well as literacy activities and resources.
