If you have received a certificate of completion for an on-demand, 2-hour training in the past, you are not eligible to receive another certificate for the same course title again, even if it has been a year or more since you last completed the training.

If your certificate does not appear in your profile, you have not met completion requirements. For completed on-demand courses, certificates will be available under your profile. If you can’t find it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile (top right).
  2. Select My Certificates under Miscellaneous.
  3. Click Download.

In this two-hour on-demand course, participants will gain a better understanding of the impact emergencies have on children, explore ways in which child care providers can prepare families for emergency situations, and become familiar with how to handle a variety of first aid emergencies in the childcare setting.
